Ticketing & Refund Policy
2026 Townsville Folk Festival — Ticket Postponement, Cancellation & Refund Conditions
This policy applies to all of the following. References to "ticket holders" throughout this document include vendors and artisan vendors unless otherwise stated.
If the Festival is postponed or cancelled, all ticket holders will be offered one of the following options:

Refunds will not be provided under the following circumstances. Refund consideration applies only to the primary ticket holder, vendor, or artisan vendor.
- Arriving late or leaving the event early for any reason
- Change of mind
- Poor weather before or during the event
- Any change in programming or scheduled artists
- Circumstances affecting third parties (e.g. friends, family, or non-ticket holders)
While every effort is made to present the program as advertised, the program may be subject to change without notice.
